Vision Verification (Pty) Ltd (“Vision Verification”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an accredited Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Verification Agency operating in the Republic of South Africa, accredited by the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) in terms of the B-BBEE Act 53 of 2003, as amended by the B-BBEE Amendment Act 46 of 2013.

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Nature of B-BBEE Verification Services

Vision Verification provides professional B-BBEE verification and certification services in accordance with the B-BBEE Act 53 of 2003 (as amended), the applicable Codes of Good Practice, relevant Sector Codes, and SANAS accreditation requirements.

Information published on this website is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes formal verification advice, a B-BBEE rating, or an official B-BBEE Certificate. Official certificates are issued only upon completion of a formal verification engagement.

3. Eligibility

We hold no financial interest in the ratings assigned to any measured entity, and all conflicts of interest are managed in accordance with our Impartiality Policy.

10. Complaints and Appeals

If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding our services or a verification decision, please submit it in writing to our Quality Manager. Our formal Complaints and Appeals procedure is available on request. Complaints relating to SANAS-accredited activities may also be directed to SANAS at www.sanas.co.za.
